I am coming off of a really bad few weeks. I spent 2 weeks stress eating everything sugary and carby I knew I wasn't supposed to and have spent the last week trying to recover from all that bad food. For 3 weeks my PCOS symptoms have been flared out of control and I find this week I am just plain old exhausted. I haven't been keeping up on my water intake, I haven't been getting quality sleep and my workouts have been half a#$ed. But I also promised not to get negative or beat myself up anymore.
That is what causes the attitude of "well since I am such a screw up with my diet minus well keep just screwing up."
So what, I am having a bad energy week and I feel drained, they happen. But I won't give up on going to the gym, even if the scale isn't budging right now.
So I worked out an exercise plan after work of trying the ball for the first time to do some leg work and then I get to go swim in the pool. Dinner is artichokes with chicken.
I find that if I plan out my food, pack my lunch and plan out my workouts I am more willing to stick to them.
Here is to hoping I can shake these blahs and get some of my energy back!
