Day 1 of clean eating

Wednesday, April 10, 2013

I'm not counting yesterday as a clean day. I was in my nutrition range for the day when I logged it in but I had a moment with pretzels. I just binged on a half bag of pretzels in the pantry. Soooo I'll start again today. I had a dr. appt. today and I weigh the most I ever have except for when I was pregnant. Funny that I feel pretty comfortable with myself but need to get the binging out of my life. It's really not about the clothes or my looks. It's about being healthy. So staying close to my Sparkies and working on me. I had 2 eggs with lowfat cheddar and some salsa for breakfast. Yum. I'm bringing my niece to a dr. appt and pick my cousins daughter up from school at 3pm. I have to pick up Adam's pants from the tailor and get him to rehearsal at 6pm. Busy but I'm loving this warm weather. Thank God! Adam's show starts Friday! He is double casted! Wow! Lots of work! This weekend he is in the ensembe and next weekend he is the lead!!!! Yay! Have a great day Sparkies!

Sounds like you are in a good place, facing your issues and working on them. Having been a healthy BMI now for 4 years, it amazes me that I still have binge issues. But I'm working on it -- they are now smaller, healthier, and much, much less frequent. It is all about being healthy. You are so right. Hang in there. Counting day is a good tool! Gives you goals and streaks all in one. Take care. -Marsha

maybe keeping busy can be the key, less time to binge.
