Okay Cheryl! Today is a new day. You did very well yesterday by not drinking any coke. Let's see if you can do it again today. You should take a nice long walk as that will help with your depression and anxiety. Maybe even dance for a bit. You can do this! It will help you get more motivated to do even more! I will be there walking and dancing with you. After all, what are friends for?

    I gave up soda (Coke) at the first of the year and I am so much happier without it. You can do this. It will get easier! I love water.

    Oh boy I do know how hard this is. I was so addicted to soda. Its been 4 mths for me since I had a soda. I can't even do diet. I drink nothing but water and I have learned to love it. I do treat myself to the flavored waters when they are on sale. My favorite is Propel peach. I do remember going off the soda caffine and sweet with draws. I got awful headaches and would shake. But I made it through it. You just got made up your mind. Keeping busy will help. Go for that walk and take a glass of water with you! Good Luck emoticon
