So far this month so good , three weeks into program down 6.0 total!
I am learning this week I can totally trust me that I know what Im doing , I pre plan my food for the day , every day but if I want to change it, like instead of eating what I brought for lunch husband and I ordered from the work cafeteria I was still in correct WW point range just had to change it ! For the past two weeks actually going with that mentality , I bite it I write it , its all good ,
I bought a pedometer that fits in my pocket I walk well over 10,000 steps a day and i was so stressed out before about fitness???? Im getting my fitness in with my love for walking!! I just had to tweak my food plan to get it right !!!
Last week I got professionally fitted for walking shoes , did the arch test and everything I never spent alot of money on myself for shoes but Im gla d I did it was worth the investment!
I am trusting myself to make the right choices and thats big plus for myself ! hooray!!
