Week 15 - BLC21 End Results and New Plan

Down another 0.6lbs. So for this round I lost a total of 4.4lbs. I'm happy that I lost and I'm out of the 150's and 2.4lbs to go until my goal. I’m still striving to hit goal by the end of April.
I'm going to shift my focus from calorie counting to food group tracking. My goal for each day is to get in
Grains - 6oz
Veggies - 2.5c
Fruits - 1.5c
Dairy - 3c
Protein - 5oz
Physical activity - it says 150 minutes each week but I'm usually over 400 anyway.
I got this information off of the choosemyplate website www.choosemyplate
. It’s the plan for 1800 calories for adults. So it’s still calorie counting in a way and I will still be tracking my food into spark. I think will help me have a more balanced meal then filling up my calorie range with empty calories or being more carbs heavy then fruits and veggies heavy. It will probably take me a few weeks to really get the hang of it, but I'll make it.
I'm also working on lifting heavier weights. After I finish my strength training, I don't feel like I've stretched myself enough. So it's time to increase my weight and even do some super sets or drop sets. Just something different.
I just wanted to thank my Navy Ninjas for all of their support throughout this round. I look forward to seeing you all in BLC22. Hopefully, I’ll be in floater status. I guess it just depends on how well I do on the cruise.
