Week 2 on the 30 Day Shred

I finished day 14 of the 30 Day Shred yesterday. It has not been easy. There have been times when I just wanted to give up and / or not do it at all. I pushed through and kept repeating "It's ONLY 20 minutes!" I also know that I will feel and look so much better when the whole 30 days are over. I may even grow to like it by then. LOL I am pleased to say that even tho this is not my official weigh in day, I am down 2.2 pounds from last Wednesday. Hopefully I can stay on track. Not only do I need to do this, I WANT to do this! emoticon
