Imagine that you are perfectly content with every aspect your life. What does that life look like? What steps do you have to take to make that life a reality? Instead of WISHING, start DOING. Put a plan into action today!

I don't know what to say to this one. I've always thought I wanted a job, but I get one and either can't deal with the hours, or the pay sucks, or the job sucks. I really need to figure this part out.

I have already applied for a few jobs yesterday. One is an oilfield company that is right across the street. I'm not really sure I want to work, but I figure I'd get my name out there and see what happens. I know this is the wrong attitude.

I really need to figure this one out.

Okay, I do have a job. A job where I'm appreciated and not treated like a door mat.

I've been thinking about going back to school. I'll blog about that all in another blog.

I am running regularly and my health is not holding me back anymore.

I'm sorry. I'm kind of down in the dumps today. Guess it's to be expected. I have to find a way out of this negative though storm.

Is anyone in real life totally content with everything in their lives? There's going to be ups and downs now and then, but, as long as you realize that we don't live in a perfect world and just do the best we can on a daily basis we can enjoy the contentment we do have.

Hang in there, things do get better if we try looking at things positive instead of looking for the negative.

It's not easy finding a company that will make you feel good for working there. Some places have an awesome work environment, but the job itself is hell in a handbasket, while other jobs are a lot of fun to do and don't feel like work, but the environment is so emotionally toxic that you dread walking in the front door.

So as you sort through what's going on in your head and your work life, I would like to offer another suggestion: Start your own business.

I'm not one to tell you how to do that. I'm one of the sheep in the corporate world, and to keep me happy, that's what I need. I don't know how the mall merchants who own their own business do it, but I know many of them would never go to work for another boss ever again.

Just something to think about. *hugs*

We all feel that way from time to time. Especially when we feel powerless over things we can't control. emoticon emoticon emoticon
