Wholly you

Life is a series of experiences each one of which makes us bigger , even though sometimes it is hard to realize" Henry Ford

Life is a roller coaster ride . There are a lot of good, bad, and scary parts. There are ups and downs , misfortunes and misadventures. There are friendships and break ups marriages and divorce. There are natural disasters and physical limitations.

We would always like to forget the bad stuff to sweep it under the rug and forget it was ever there. But it is the bad experience which make us who we truly are that shape us and in the end give us courage. The bad experiences give us backbone and spirit.

We would never be where we are today without a set of bad experiences to lead the way. Don't sweat the bad when you are stuck in it because you know soon enough you will come out swinging stronger better and smarter than before.

I am so glad to share this roller coaster ride with you my friends. May the rest of your lives be filled with joy my friends .Hugs.

I'll say life is a rollar coaster. I just want to figure out my health and how to remain healthy and not have a rollar coaster with my health.
Have a terrific day!

Yes, we truly are on a roller coaster ride, aren't we? Knowing there are sweeties out there like you make things that much more bearable, though. Let's have an awesome day, shall we? emoticon

I always say without the bad times we couldn't really experience the joys.

You are correct life is a roller coaster and without the lows we would not be able to recognize or enjoy the high points. So when you feel everything you do just seems to bring more problems realize this is just a moment in time and with time things will improve.
I wish you strength through the lows and healthy to enjoy the highs emoticon
