One thing I need to do is get out and walk early this morning. The evening walking prevents me from sleeping soundly, so the past few days I have awakened tired, after tossing and turning through the night. We have rains predicted everyday for the rest of the week. I got home from my walk last night soaked to the skin; I am doubly sorry that I haven't invested in some breathable rain gear.
Yesterday, while the weather was still good, I took my grand baby over to the school playyard that is full of slides and swings and climby things. We had a lot of fun. I'm sure it was bonus calorie burn, but difficult to quantify. She is not timid and loves motion; I expect this little one will enjoy amusement parks when she gets a little older.
My taxes? Oh, they are coming....albeit slowly.....
Fought through a tough day with food choices yesterday
Made myself walk in the rain
Birds were singing when I woke this morning.....love that
DH doesn't need to visit his mom today so he will be around to help me more with sitting so I can tackle client work or the dreaded taxes
Eat healthy and in mid calorie range
Walk early this morning
Work on taxes and client work where time permits
