For girls only

I mean women, of course.
Guys, read at your own risk!
Tell me, please, someone! WHY-oh-why do hormones make you want to stuff yourself silly? With carbs. Bad ones.
I think I'm possessed.

I know it's not ONLY me.
So why?!? And is there a remedy?
I know, I know. Just keep trying. Practice makes perfect.
I just needed to whine…

PS: I bought some cold cereal to munch on - to keep my little demon from hitting the vending machine when I'm not looking.

Try using Braggs Nutritional Yeast. I find it cuts my craving for carby foods. You can sprinkle it on veggies, meat or sometimes I mix a table spoon into my V8. I sprinkle it on my popcorn too!

I find it at health food stores and it is called "Vegan Crack"

I do find that I crave it. It has a ton of B vitamins which can be hard to get in our diets.

p.s. I have also learned that I don't HAVE to scratch the craving itch. Work on ignoring it and letting it pass. You will get better at it over time. A lot of time. Work at it.
