    Try using Braggs Nutritional Yeast. I find it cuts my craving for carby foods. You can sprinkle it on veggies, meat or sometimes I mix a table spoon into my V8. I sprinkle it on my popcorn too!

    I find it at health food stores and it is called "Vegan Crack"

    I do find that I crave it. It has a ton of B vitamins which can be hard to get in our diets.

    p.s. I have also learned that I don't HAVE to scratch the craving itch. Work on ignoring it and letting it pass. You will get better at it over time. A lot of time. Work at it.
