It's a Girl Thing

So I've figured out that when it's a certain time of the month, I crave carbs like no other. I absolutely cannot get enough carbs. To counter balance this somewhat, I've been trying to make better choices - low calorie bread, whole wheat pasta, fat free tortillas, and so on.

At least it's only for a few days...

    I hear you on that! Let's not forgetting the bloating and weight gain for the week too... chocolate craving too...
