Leaving on a jet plane

Tomorrow I leave to go to a conference in Seattle for the next 5 days. I'm super excited about the conference, but it's very intense (from 8am-11pm with few breaks). I'm nervous because I won't have any time to dedicate to exercise. I'll be making the most of those rare breaks- walking whenever possible and doing all the strength exercises I can, but it won't be anything like what I'm used to.
As for food, I have no idea what will be available (especially in terms of high quality vegetarian protein. I'm taking some almonds and protein bars with me, but beyond that I'll be winging it.
To top it off, I'll get home late Sunday night, and I'll have my final weigh in for my diet bet on Monday morning. That should be interesting, but I'm feeling pretty confident overall.
So, I'm curious to know what you do when your regular routine is interrupted and you're not in control of what may be available to you?
