I've stopped tracking my food, my exercise is dwindling and i'm not feeling motivated. I think because i'm the type of person that needs that extra little push. I tried to stay involved in the community pages, blogs etc...but I feel that there is no real person out there pushing me....I've been at 195 for ever and i'm really wanting to keep going, I started to see results but on the other hand I can't seem to find the will to push myself to stay on track...
