    Nice :-) I like the My Coach series but not for fitness (never tried that one). I used it/still do but rarely for language learning. I pop My Japanese Coach and My Chinese Coach into my Nintendo DS and have a good old time hehehe

    So sounds fun you'll be doing that.. and I hope Just Dance too :-)

    I am so bad at motivating people so I personally can't do it :-(

    Also, I don't wanna be all tough love and all and maybe it's just my personality but the motivation from Spark People for me is an overall motivation of what others are doing by watching and reading vlogs/blogs, reading the message boards for tips and tricks, looking through Spark Recipes etc.

    Daily motivation to actually exercise and eat healthy for me comes from the willingness in my own mind to succeed and also because I want to be a role model for others. So for me I don't think I'd ever ask anyone to remind me to exercise or to "put down" junk food that's in my hand at the moment by texting me as much during a day as you can (that one was taken from another Spark user who quit Spark People).

    I'm not trying to be de-motivating even if I sound it. I guess after accomplishing weight loss another time in my life (lost 40 pounds on Atkins) and other goals like continually self-studying Japanese to fluency for the past 5 years (and still studying because I'm not there), I view motivation in general and the daily drive to continue as coming from within more than anyone's influence.

    Not saying that everyone is the same way, but also even more than that from taking education classes in college seeing educational theory play out it is clear that those who have the drive in the form of intrinsic motivation and self-reliance will learn better and retain more information over time. It is taught that the teachers role is to help the child discover the reason for his/her inner motivation so they succeed in whatever you teach where ever they are (at home, not just in the classroom).

    Since learning is a goal/accomplishment, I do see it playing out that same way when it comes to weight loss goals/accomplishments. As Sparkers we are like each others teachers, sharing tips and tricks and sharing our daily lives so that in some way we inspire each other to continue, but the reason we first signed up which is more intrinsic motivation than external motivation of us all as teachers is the real reason why we will succeed when the teachers are not around in our day to day life decisions.

    The Yoga will help relax as long as you use one of the evening workouts, I started using the potters pose and supported childs pose oh it feels so good. look for yoga for begginners elements has it, or I use the one on the sparks videos. plus if you use the sparks videos it will automaticaly add your cal's burned. keep going your doing great
