My friend asked me to do a challenge with her..I said sure..I think this challenge is going to have me sore tomorrow. here is it!
Do This 3 Times a day she say smiling
10 Push ups
20 Sit ups
80 Jumping jacks, plus your regular workout
Seems simple enough..(not) those jumping jacks, every time I jumped and raise my arms it felt like I had to go(to the bathroom)..that was 240 jumps and me Praying to keep it in..When I got to my last reps, I asked my Hubby to finish my jumping jacks for me..he goes you better handle that..go on now, knock that out..I got your towel and water waiting for you..I wanted to knock him out..but I pushed through and got it done..My goodness I HAVE TO DO THIS FOR THE REST OF THIS MONTH!
