That dang cupcake!!!

Tuesday, April 09, 2013

I start out each day with planned meals and the adjust my tracker if I get off course. Today my co-worker brought me a cupcake without asking me first (and of course I couldn't have him waste his money). I then proceeded to help him eat a second cupcake because our other co-worker wasn't here to get hers. As I shake my head at today's foolishness caused by him I am adjusting my dinner plans to only eat the veggies I had planned in order to stay within my calorie range. I will always keep pushing myself daily to make the best decisions I can for my health, but I must say I am definitely making progress!

I actually had a co-worker go to lunch and come back with one of those chocolate overload cakes!?? From Jack in the Box??? Well, I logged it. I mean, I went ahead and ate it. I probably set myself back another WEEK from getting over 240! But, I owned it. Luckily it wasn't "too" terrible at 300 calories. I thought it would be much worse to be honest. I have to console myself with just being okay that I was HONEST and I didn't "cheat", I put it out there. :) Kinda like your blog. You owned it. You did it. And now let's move ON :) Let's get back to work on our beautiful bodies!

Great way to replan your day to stay on track. I Hope the veggies for dinner were delish. I would have a hard time with that .. but gives me something to think about. There is always a option I just have to be willing to make it work like you emoticon

Hey it happens and you did a great come back by making changes for the rest of the day. Way to go on not allowing the entire day go down the drain because of one and half slips up emoticon

Part of being successful is being flexible enough to rearrange your food choices to fit your life and still control the amount of calories you eat. Good for you! emoticon
