I start out each day with planned meals and the adjust my tracker if I get off course. Today my co-worker brought me a cupcake without asking me first (and of course I couldn't have him waste his money). I then proceeded to help him eat a second cupcake because our other co-worker wasn't here to get hers. As I shake my head at today's foolishness caused by him I am adjusting my dinner plans to only eat the veggies I had planned in order to stay within my calorie range. I will always keep pushing myself daily to make the best decisions I can for my health, but I must say I am definitely making progress!
