Gosh, today was so hard. I got really dizzy during the last running portion. I looked it up and somebody online recommended eating something before running - I hadn't eaten anything for 6 hours. So I think I will try to do this on Thursday. I feel emotionally and physically exhausted.
On a positive note, it's done! I'm making progress!
