DAY 98 NEW YEAR RESOLUTION 100 DAY WEIGHT LOSS.
I usually don't do them but I did for this exercise.

THIS EXERCISE INVOLVED IS A VISION WHEN I REACH MY WEIGHT GOAL

I NOW WEIGHT 150 .

I AM PLEASED WITH , THE WAY I LOOK AND FEEL IN MY CLOTHES.

MY BODY FEELS MORE HEALTHIER, MY MUSCLES ARE TONED, MY ENERGY LEVEL IS UP.

I AM EXERCISING 45-60 MINS 5 TO 6 DAYS A WEEK. I AM LIFTING WEIGHTS TWICE A WEEK emoticon working on it!

I HAVE LEARNED THAT I CAN BEND WITHOUT BREAKING. TO USE FOOD FOR FUEL FOR MY BODY. PRAYER OVER MATTERS I CAN NOT CONTROL, AND DISTRACT MYSELF WITH OTHER ACTIVITIES. I CAN TAKE A 10 MIN BREAK FROM STRESSFUL SITUATIONS--BY DOING PILATES AND SIPPING TEAS. I AM LEARNING TO NOURISH MY BODY WITH FOOD NOT MY EMOTIONS.
