I went cold-turkey with sodas on Monday, January 29th. Since then I really haven't had any problems at all. I had a few headaches and couple of grouchy days in the beginning, but since then, no real problems. That is until now.
For the last few days, I have been having the most ridiculously strong cravings for soda. I just really, really want a soda. I don't know why, after nearly 3 months I would suddenly have a craving out of the blue. As much as I try to focus on other things, I just keep going back to sodas. I keep telling myself, wait a half hour, it'll go away. But it's been 3 days!
I'm wondering, should I give in and kill the craving, or will that just make the craving worse?
