I tested negative for celiacs. However, i still have gluten sensitivity. I have realized though that this may be one of the best things to happen to me. I have started to eat more veggies and increase my exercise to stay as healthy as i could through out the process of figuring out why i felt so gross. I still need to practice self control however when it comes to calories. Starting today will be my new start. I have plateaued for the past couple of weeks so i think its time to get back to the weight loss game.
-Rid my parents house of any processed gluten free products (cereal, bread, crackers, etc)
-bump my workout back up to 60 minutes
-Go on Pinterest and try the HEALTHY gluten free recipes i've come across.
This is a learning process and im bound to make mistakes. In the end though i will be healthier and in shape.
