April Goals Monday review

1.Track my food every single day. CHECK 3/3
2.Stay in range 7 days a week. CHECK 3/3
3.Walk for a minimum of 20 minutes daily. CHECK 3/3 I walked for 70 minutes, and also biked for 24. Really thought I had overdone it and I would pay for it today, but I was fine. I must be getting stronger than I thought!

I watched the movie Mamma Mia in the evening, great positive movie!
