Getting back to get my fitness on!

Hello! I am back to get my fitness on just as the title says! I used HCG to get the weight off for good and have been able to maintain it for 8 months now without exercise (due to me being lazy, or considering running after two little bits all day my exercise) but I am back. I have started running three times a week (thank you C25K) and want to get back into training for some 5ks and maybe a half.

Beyond that there is life and all that it has to offer, I'm happy my weight isn't taking up anymore space in my brain and I can focus on enjoying life!

    Wow I am impressed with you. I have only just begun my journey with 5k walking/jogging. I also enjoy photography. I just took a class at Bedfords though. I have not done a lot like I use to. I have one 7 year old daughter and I totally understand the "balls of energy" and "never quit moving". I was a stay at home Mom for the first 6 years. I have struggled with my weight though since around high school. I too find myself obsessing about calories. I think for me right now it is necessary because I have spent so long eating huge portions so for now I measure everything until I get use to those smaller portions and my body is able to tell me it is full. I took a year where I quit everything and completely fell into old habits of large portions and little if any exercise and gained 10lbs back. I had originally lost three lbs when working hard for three months tracking everything and working out religiously. I could tell something was wrong and it was time to start again.

    Hey there Kelly- welcome back to spark. I think your vlog was very inspiring. Im struggling a lot with my weight, I used to be on ww, and recently decided to give spark to go with calorie counting, but its not working for me. With weight watchers I would ask myself, is this snack or food worth your pts? If it wasn't then id put it down. But ive been having issues with my blood sugar dropping- that's why I switched to calorie counting. So I decided this morning, that I was gonna follow ww all over again to the best of my ability, and if I have a day where im struggling with my sugar, i'll log my food into spark instead.
    Im also a stay at home mom, to a 4 yr old :) her alone is VERY tiresome, I cant imagine 2 little ones!
    Im also into photography, I don't have my own page, but I am on stream zoo, u don't have to have it on your phone, u can find it on the computer. I will definitely check out ur stuff. I love taking pictures but also appreciating others pictures as well.
