My good buddy caffeine and I go way back, no, I mean waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back! Way!!!=) I started to drink coffee when I was just a cute little darlin' I was like, 8 or 9 or something like that. It had to have lots of cream and lots of sugar in it tho. Not every single day or anything, just when Ma was too busy to notice. Then she caught me one day;"You better not drink too much caffeine!! It's not good for you, your too young." I didn't understand why it was such a bad thing for me, for her man I was bouncing, bouncing, bouncing off walls! Running everywhere, it was great. I must've been too much for her. Then she quit buying it, so I was cut OFF! Completely. So, yeah it was probably for the best. But noww, I wake up every morning and have to have my caffeine before I workout. It seems to enhance my workouts too. Which is great!!! My workout partner says she drinks coffee before bed, wondering why she can't sleep. Doesn't have it in the am. "Coffee doesn't keep me awake at all.." I wonder.
