This week no sessions with my PT. emoticon She had a funeral to go to on Monday and I have training on Wednesday then not in the office rest of the week.

Today I am repeating week 4 of the 5K walk/jog program, since I have a few weeks to the actual event. Had a good walk/jog and then did some core exercises.

Plank on the Bosu-1 minute
Plank to Forearms to Plank - 1 minute
Core exercise with weight (not sure what it's called)

Then some good stretching.


That's Ricki, my shadow. She got a good stretch too! emoticon

    Diane, looks like you have a great plan/goal and you are sticking to it. I never have worked with a BOSU and I think I should include that in my plan too. It certainly must help with balance control. Good job and keep doing it too.

    Good for you on working out...even without the trainer. Congrats on refreshing on the C25K for your upcoming 5K. I know the effort that takes as I am going through it for the second time again now, too. Ricki is a good stretcher! Keep up the good work! Thanks for the encouragement! Spark on! emoticon emoticon
