Fitness Change

This week no sessions with my PT. emoticon She had a funeral to go to on Monday and I have training on Wednesday then not in the office rest of the week.

Today I am repeating week 4 of the 5K walk/jog program, since I have a few weeks to the actual event. Had a good walk/jog and then did some core exercises.

Plank on the Bosu-1 minute
Plank to Forearms to Plank - 1 minute
Core exercise with weight (not sure what it's called)

Then some good stretching.

That's Ricki, my shadow. She got a good stretch too! emoticon
