Still hanging in there with strict tracking. Can't thank all of my blogging buds enough for al the support and encouragement i get from you. I don't think anyone can advise you with authenticity unless they've walked in your shoes. I can't tell you how many comments I'm getting that I'm not eating enough (1500 cals average this week...just healthy foods though) and doing too much (walking in the sanctuary of the church for 30 minutes 3 times a week) . Sister decided to 'clean out the cabinets in the kitchen and baked 8 loaves of date nut bread. She has also been asking to go out and eat more....think there's a pattern here???? I'm not giving in though...I told her...12 weeks....So it's only been 5. My pants are bigger on me, I feel less cumbersome and I'm moving better all ready. Gotta keep Sparkin'!!! I won't get worried unless I hit that 12 week mark and gain instead of losing. We'll see. Be blessed all and hang in there. Health is not a number and it's not a final destination...it's a lifestyle with a great journey along the way. Keep Sparkin'!!

    Thank God...you are doung awesome..be careful with your food choices..I have went on regimens then foynd nutrients were lacking via a blood test and I thought I waas making good decisions.
