Laughter is good medicine.
Hoping you are taking time to laugh today...as we work at mindful eating, I think we need to work at, look for, be mindful of funny things in life, of good things, to count the many blessings "

I love looking at fun pictures and the search for polar bear pictures will stay with me a long time because of the joy they have brought this 5% challenge time. Find a facebook thread for jokes or funny, inspirational thoughts through your day or join a Spark team that concentrates on uplifting funny things or start a thread on your favorite team now to "have a laugh a day to keep the Doctor away!"
Just was mindfully eating lunch at the table with pretty glasses and dishes brought out on purpose! DH thought we must be expecting company HaHa.
