I continue training for my 10K in June.
I'm currently following the c25K app on my phone. Once I complete that,
I will continue into the 10K app. I'm currently on week 6 day 3 as of tomorrow.... which means I have to run 22 minutes without walking! The past 2 weeks have been an increase of time 2x each week, and the 3rd will stretch it out for one long run, rather than a couple shorter ones. For example... up until 2 weeks ago... you ran the same 3x a week... run 3 min, walk 1 1/2 min, and repeat 2-3x. That was your rotation for all 3 runs. Well... as of last week day 1 was run 5/walk 3 and repeat, day 2 was run 8/walk 5 and repeat... and day 3 was run 20!
It was rough, but I did it! Now, this week's day 3 is run 22 min!!
I'm nervous, but I'll do it!
