Alright so the 1st weekend of my grand plan didn't go as planned, and that's okay. I still have the whole week to do better things. I did get in some activity time this weekend though, so that SORT OF made up for a little bit of the not so good calories. Good thing I started in the middle of the week last week so my 1st weigh in is not until this Friday! I just need to get a new battery. This weekend can definitely be better, and will. I'm still learning to make better food choices when eating out. We did share a chinese dinner on Sunday after church instead of us each ordering a meal. So that's a start!! Baby steps... baby steps. :) I am happy to report I'm actually a little pumped to exercise this week. I didn't quite make my goal of 950 calories burned last week, because I started mid-week but I reached 720! That's a good start! This week I want to at least MEET that goal, if not exceed it. I'm already at 414... so I'm pretty sure I can make that happen! I will make a better effort at tracking calories though during the weekend. I might actually end up buying the Sparkpeople app. I didn't want to because they charge for it now, but it'll be wort the $3.99, because I did forget somethings! That's not stoping me from getting on with other things, and making better choices. I'm looking forward to what the scale has to say Friday.
Ryan and I are in the midst of looking for apartments so we can move in together in August! My lease is up 8-15... even though it's 4 months away, it will go by so quick! So much to do before that though, but getting excited. :)
