More Bad Luck

Tuesday, April 09, 2013

Today i forgot to give my daughter the food card and the debit card so she could not buy very much of what we needed. I felt like an utter idiot when she called and told me that. Now our pastor is taking us tomorrow to shop for what we need. I am sitting here with a plugged up ear too. That woman still has not called me either and I am not in the mood to play tag with her today. My class is still having problems; I got my essay into the peer review forum but i could not access the lecture notes for this week or download the peer review assignment instructions. i needed something to go right for me once in my life. If my sisters cared at all they would help me out here. They have forgotten what it is like because they both live with someone else and do not have that much to pay for anymore. They do not have to worry about transportation issues either. My daughter found out online that the President is being sued by the Catholic Church in New York over the birth control thing. They want to see the papers dealing with it and he is fighting it.

Hope you turn a corner for the better soon. If you are having technical difficulties with the computers at school I am sure others are as well. They will just have to get on that.
Hope tomorrow is a better day. emoticon

Laura, I'm so sorry to hear these frustrating things keep happening. You're too sweet a person to be dealing with all this. emoticon

Oh dear, Laura. Sometimes is doesn't rain but it pours. On the plus side, though, I'm glad that your pastor will give you transport to get your shopping done tomorrow.

Heavenly Father, I lift up Laura and Jenny to you. They are in a bad place, and it's hard to see any good in the midst of these troubles. I claim your promise to provide for their needs, and ask that you also provide some of their wants. Help them to claim your promises, which are many. For we know you love your children and won't abandon us. In Jesus' name.
