I know I've reached my desired intensity of exercise when I hear these sounds: Slap, flap, and feel that jiggle.
I used to cringe anytime I had to break into a run and I'd feel things move on my body that I didn't want moving. I'd be mortified if I heard something slap. Not any more! Now, that sound means that I'm working that part of my body OFF.
I listen for those sounds.
I anticipate the feeling.
I judge my workouts by whether I've heard it.
Because if I don't hear a slap, flap, or feel a jiggle, I know it's time to move it all harder and faster.
Currently, I find my slap, flap and jiggle with Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim: 4 Fast Miles. It's the highest intensity Leslie Sansone workout that I've found yet. If you know of another, please let me know.
My slap, flap, and jiggle could stop any minute!
(and yes, I do wear appropriate support garments)
