30 Days of Fitness - Day 1

I know, I know, I was supposed to start this challenge on Sunday, but I couldn't.

I had a blister on the heel of my right foot that was really irritated, so I was unable to do so.

Today I put a bandaide over the blister, clipped my pedometer to my sock, laced up my shoes and walked 9.06 miles.

Afterwards, I treated myself to some coconut water and organic blueberries.

Today is the best day ever!
