Monday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K)

I got this done after work. It was Turbo Fire HIIT 25 and Turbo Fire Tone 30. A challenge that I had from one of my teams on here was to do 1 extra mile with my workouts. After supper, my 3 year old and I ended up doing a 1 Mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD. He had a blast doing the moves with me.
I was in my calorie range for the day.
I got all my water and then some in for the day.
Day 1 of 1 for workouts for the week!
