The Spark Coach Challenge for today is focusing on the positives - we are to list three things that we have accomplished so that when we have a "slip up" we can look back on those and not beat ourselves up.
1. during a VERY stressful situation at work, I did NOT turn to food like I normally would have in that situation. I was able to deal with my stress and my feelings without eating a bag of potato chips
2. I have been saving money. Each paycheck I give $100 to my boyfriend who will then give it to me at the end of the year to pay on my Jeep which means it will be paid off sooner!
3. I can run a mile. Well... jog a mile, but I have never been able to do it before.
