When the hour of power hike only takes 40 min what is a girl to do? Donut man was on a time frame, so... I came home and "hiked" on the pre core for 10 min to make it an hour. Then I saw that I was about 200 calories short of 1,000 calories burned for the day, and if I 'ran' on the pre core for a bit I could make that before 8:00am! So I ran. When I hit that goal, I saw I was only 1/2 a mile from having 5 miles in for the day. So I kept going! I then saw that I was at 18 min of vigorous. However I was OK with that for some reason. So Stopped!
Tonight I have track that will go for an hour! I should so totally make all my goals today.
Yesterday was not as success full. I may need to adjust mondays work out plans. Or just kick my butt in gear.
