Needing to refocus...

Alright all...I will finally acknowledge that I need help with the program. Stepped on the scale a second ago...and was UP by...two and a 1/2 one week. How in the hell did this happen?. I have only been eating very near my points every day. Yes, I admit I leave behind points and did not really exercise this week. But, mom has been in the hospital and my routine has been thrown off. HELP!!!.

    Stress can do it to you! Getting out of your routine does not help either. I know you will get it off in no time.

    Everyone has minor weight fluctuations from day to day. Don't worry or stress about an occasional blip on the scale. You are eating right, and coping with a lot of stress.

    Well......Your wws day is weigh then and if you don't go you weigh at home. are probably weighing yourself every day and is not a true test of your weight. have written before that you will have to start paying again if you don't gain weight to get back into the healthy range.

    Don't be discourage - 2.5 lbs can be just water weight. Try to get your activity in, it will also help with the stress of having your mom in the hospital. Best wishes to you and your mom!

    Life happens, shake it off, refocus, start again (not over) You will get back on track. Small steps. Remotivate. Stress about your mom and not exercising have their effects. You can do it. emoticon
