Wow, this is my last week in the challenge. Did I loose alot of weigh - don't think so. Did I gain huge benefits from it - YES. I am back on track with my exercise. Eating is within calorie range for most days (eating out and Easter Candy were biggest factors when I went out). Water is still a work in progress as well as including more veggies/fruits, but I am so much more aware of what I am putting into my body.
In addition to increased motivation I am seeing changes in my body! I have more energy and everyday I can go farther and faster on Treadmill, walking or Elliptical. I am also finding the weights I lift easer each time I strength train. My waist or area above the waist doesn't stick out farther then the "ladies" and I can actually see some muscles in arms and legs!
With three days to go, I am already counting this a sucess!
