I packed a HUGE lunch today! I'll be on campus from 9:00am to about 7:00pm so I wanted to be sure I was stocked up on healthy snacks. I have so much trouble staying away from the easy, microwave meals as lunch food. They're usually fine calorie-wise, but are a little too high in sodium for me to pack on a regular basis. Still trying to brainstorm alternatives...
I had my first weigh in this morning-- I'm super happy with the results of my first week on SP! 4 lbs down! I know from dieting in the past that most of that is water weight, but I'm ready to keep going and really start burning some fat :)
Embarrassing story of the day-- I saw my ex-boyfriend's profile picture in my newsfeed on Facebook. It was a pretty landscape pic and it made me want to get outside and go hiking or something. I meant to write to my CURRENT boyfriend about going hiking or camping, and instead I write the message on my ex's wall!! And I said "I love you!" EMBARRASSING! Haha, I erased it and explained to my ex what happened, but he'd already seen it. Don't you hate those moments!? Argh!
