I think I've finally gotten back into the fitness habit. Yesterday at my son's track meet, I walked all around the perimeter of the field and parking lot several times. It ended up being at least 2 miles. I'm planning on doing something else today. I didn't want to just sit around while I was waiting for him to run in his first event. I figure if my kids are active enough to participate in track, I need to be doing something too!
