I weighed in today at 127.8 Whoo hoo. Me and paleo are getting along great.
I did my 8 min Monday yesterday at boot camp. The goal is to do as many sets as possible in 8 min. A set = 5 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats.
Day 1 of last boot camp I did 6.5 sets, the last day of boot camp I did 16.5 sets. I wanted to die after, but I did it. In order to do it that fast though you definetly sacrifice form, but the cardio is intense. This round my goal is to do every round with perfect form, and push-ups on my toes rather than my knees like I did last round. With that being said.....drumroll please.............
I did 10 sets yesterday! 10!!!!! My arms were jello from doing the push-ups on my toes, but I pushed through it. I squatted deeper, and made my sit-ups perfect. I did catch myself trying to rush a few times, but that's to be expected when everyone around you is in hyper-drive.
We have a ton of new people, and is was so great to watch them struggling. I was there 12 weeks ago, and I can't believe how much my body has changed because I showed up everyday and tried. It was a great remingder ofhow far Ihave come, and why i am never going back.
It's better to suck than give up. Terrible motto, but now I only suck sometimes and the rest of the time I Rock it.
