Live Fit Day Two

Well, I drug my butt out of bed this morning at 5 and I did my workout! I have noticed that the 5 am gym crew is a lively bunch (not sure how they have that much energy that early in the morning). I took my BCAA before the gym but then things were hectic when I got home and I forgot my two other supplements (multi vitamin and fats)- so my plan is to go straight home and take them with my afternoon snack. (turkey muffins!!!) I am excited that I got in two workouts in a row this week- trying to plan how to get the rest in. I hope to finish all four weight training session before Thursday and then do three days of cardio and yoga Friday-Sunday. Not super intense cardio just some extra calorie burning. I am considering getting glutamine because I have been sore already and I know that it will keep going :) So I think I will add that to the supplement list. I have looked a few places for it but not been able to find it yet so I will check more specialty stories (GNC, Health food shops). I am getting use to eating so much protein- it is a change for me for sure- I was a carb girl before :)
Today I also ordered Spark Solution (and signed up for the free gifts- spark people is offering right now). The book was only $15 on Amazon. I am not sure if I will need it because honestly I think I will have my diet cleaned up in May when it is released but it will make a great gift for my Mom who is needing the help and motivation start. Plus I get two workout DVDs and a three month membership to spark coach!! Love it!!
Well I hope everyone has a great Tuesday and is able to get their workouts in as well:)

    I am a morning person. Good thing due to a cat that likes me to get up and feed him for 5 AM. LOL

    Awesome!! Way to go!! I'm definitely not a morning person, at all, and I would not be lively at the gym that early! I LOVE THE TURKEY MUFFINS!! I actually made some yesterday for my lunches this week!
