Doing water walking in addition to cardio, there is a focus on form. Using your muscles, and using the right muscles. I came out of the class feeling much better and stronger than before class. My back had relaxed, my tummy tightened, my legs felt powerful and my arms... well the bat wings are still there, but I feel good, but soothed and energized.
Today I find out if my ulcer is gone. I've bee NPO since midnight and would really love some water. Sometimes we need to put aside our immediate needs for long term gains. I'm expecting positive results from the endoscopy today. :)
