I haven't been blogging, mostly because, you guessed it, I fell off the wagon. Frustrated with a few things that seem to act as rode blocks got me off track. However, what makes people successful? Getting back on the saddle and trying again until they succeed. So I am back.
I have something that I didn't have before, a boyfriend who has gained enough weight that his doctor told him it is time to change. He is taking that seriously. I think this will make all the difference, we will support each other. When it comes to my "slip-ups" it is usaully on the weekends when he is interested in going out to eat, or out for a drink. Sometimes eating out every meal all weekend. With him on board, not eating out (as much) and focusing on getting more activity in each weekend day, I expect to make more progresss.
So, although its been a while, I am back and hoping to do better then ever this time around.
