I'm a bit worried that I'm not doing enough. I had to repair my jeans the other day and I have no clue what my weight is. I'm not sure if I gained or lost weight. I don't think I can trust the scale at the gym and I don't want to go to the doctor to see how much I weigh. Should I just go by the measurements of my waist?

Anyway, I will try that and see what happens. Mostly my legs needs work and my core.

1.Lose a pound
2.Start to measure myself
3.Drink more water
4.Eat more fruit
5.Walk 9 miles

Good things
1.Ate a light breakfast
2.Printed a measurement tape
3.Did some yard work
4.Did some research on sports bras
5.Got out of bed at 10am

I'm not sure what sports bra I'm supposed to get. The one's I buy are comfortable but they don't do what I need them to do.

    Sports bras are a difficult thing to buy---maybe find a store where you can try all sorts of different ones on to find a good one---then you can always go online to find a better price. They should be comfortable but also supportive.
