So I changed my "other goals" to include tracking my food all day. This is where I have "fallen off the wagon" for lack of a better way of saying it. Or perhaps...gone astray. I know it works and I know that when I tracked and when I get in activity (including ST) I see results. So I am on day 2 of a food tracking streak and day 3 of an activity streak. My intent/plan/goal is to continue that streak. I can do it, I've done it before. I just need to form those habits again.
I need to get back to good habits so Bekah learns those same good habits. I don't ever want her to have to struggle with her weight/health as I have. Oh, and I would like to fit into the clothes I already own for the summer and not have to buy new ones in a bigger size (especially since I recently donated all the clothes that were too big for me).
Plans for Tomorrow:
*Track all food
*Steer clear of the candy and the PB filled pretzels and soda at my folks' house
*ST (arms) and maybe some Just Dance or something else cardio
*Drink my water
