I need to figure out what I did or didn't do to get this amount of swelling in my legs.
I may have eaten more salt than usual, I did have kraut (from a can) with my pork roast. That may be where some of it came from.
I've been really careful about adding salt or eating salty foods the last two years.
I know that I should be able to look at sodium in my daily intake.
So, I'm doing what I can to reduce the swelling and I think I'll be okay tomorrow morning.
I welcome any thoughts you have.
