Yesterday started off really slow, then the motivation set in about 3 pm. I ran with the dogs. I did my squats and strength training. I spent 35 minutes punching the bag and jumped rope.
My little girl muscles are really sore today. I think I did too much too quick. I've been trying to spread things out more today but it's not working.
I had to work a half day today. We lost power about an hour before I was supposed to leave. I didn't get done half of what I wanted to finish. Then it was off to a meeting at the boy child's school.
Still trying to get help for my son once high school is over. We met with vocational rehab today. I'm hoping it wasn't a waste of time. I NEED to get him on disability and get guardianship. I have to tell you, I don't know how ANYONE does this. The kid qualifies but I can't get through the initial stages unless I want to takes DAYS off work and sit in the office. Sorry, I can't do that we need to eat.
I did a bit of stress eating earlier. I stuck to good foods (except two fig newtons). I don't have much left for dinner tonight. I'm going to try getting way with just some salad/greens. I'm hoping it is enough.
I'm waiting for a friend to go on a dog walk tonight. Hoping to leave shortly. Might be an early bed night. I'm really hoping for a slow/uneventful day tomorrow!
