What Keeps You On Track?

So I was wondering what keeps everyone else on track... any tips?

I find that checking in every day because people are rooting me on keeps me on track. Knowing that I'd be letting people down by not checking in frequently, whether they are or not, keeps me going. As long as I think other people are watching me try, that is what does it.
I enjoy being able to do thing more easily than I did when I was heavier keeps me going. I don't want to see those higher numbers again, so that keeps me holding on.
I enjoy playing with the kids, and being able to move more easily so I can play with them and run with them keeps me going.
One other thing, I like being able to be with my husband and a skinnier me can do that more easily too.
Try thinking about your own question and think about the things that will keep you going. Why are you doing this? It's hard to keep on going when not everything you try will work. It's worth it, but you have to figure out your why. Then keep that on notes everywhere so you can remind yourself why you're doing it and why it's worth figuring out how to keep on keeping on.
I find that eating real food, especially the things I grow during the summer, taste better than anything processed, so that helps keep me on track because I won't eat anything that doesn't taste good, and tastes change as you try new foods.

I had a couple of bad heart test within the past year - having 2 young children I began wondering how long I could be around in my current condition - I have a heartbeat line on my fridge and on inside of all cupboards that have food - a gentle reminder to think before I chose

Being tired of carrying the extra weight around, tired of always being the "biggest" in the room... knowing I'm going on vacation(s) this year (cruise in Dec is a pretty big motivator!!!)...
As far as keeping myself on track - I always always always enter my food in the morning so I know how much I can have for dinner, ie: light or a bit extra serving of potatoe or bread, something always carb related!!! lol
I also am very good at drinking my water all day - for some reason I have that part down pat. I take 4 bottles to work with me and drink them all, then at least one or two at home afterwards..
Another thing that keeps me on track is reading other people's blogs and writing my own.
