Angry right now..what to do?

Monday, April 08, 2013

Yes, I am angry with someone and my emotions are crazy. I guess most of us would hit the gym. I'm ready to hit the wall!! All I do know is I won't eat like crazy! It's what I used to do. I'm under control but still very angry. Gotta go pray now. Thanks for listening! emoticon emoticon

Thanks Mom and Terry. I'm not one to hold a grudge but it's a too often occurrence . Things are gonna change, for the better for sure.....walking with God so I know I'll be fine. Just give me a few days!!! Hahaha. Love to ALL! emoticon

It's sad, isn't it? How quickly we can become so-o-o-o-o-0 angry but how long it takes to get over it...IF we get over it. Usually my anger is a culmination of several issues that just finally boil over. I LOVE bowling for that reason! I can THROW the ball as hard as I can...smash a few pins...and feel better..but none of us has a bowling alley in our house, so.. Walking and prayer sound like much better alternatives! I hope the anger goes away for you soon and that you can resolve the problem that caused it' so that it doesn't happen again soon! emoticon

I would go out and walk and get some fresh air. I'd take my IPOD with me and put something loud on like The Clash or The Ramones.

I hope your anger subsides and you feel better after your prayers.
