Well, my weekend was a mix of good and bad. At least it wasn't all bad. On Saturday morning I went surfing with my friend, and on Sunday morning I went on a hike with another friend, so the mornings were fun! Unfortunately I ended up bingeing later in the evening on both days... I haven't been sleeping too well so I suspect being tired is putting me at more risk.

On Sunday evening I met up with a friend I haven't seen in years; we reconnected since I saw she was going to Russia for a vacation soon, a place I want to go back to. Anyway at the end of our long catch-up, I found myself a new camping buddy! She hasn't camped before, but that's ok since I have enough experience, and just would like some company. We already have plans to go two weekends out!

Today's been ok so far. I overate but fortunately I don't have a frantic desire to turn into a full binge or anything, so I'll just let it be. Things have been so busy. I am feeling tired even now (maybe aggravated by allergies?) and am considering giving in and taking a's hard allow myself to do that, but on the other hand I'm not really that productive when I'm sleepy either. Argh.

Anyway, just wanted to check in for accountability. I do not want to binge today. I need to get back on track!

    It sounds like the weekend was fun!

    Will taking a nap help prevent a binge that's inspired by being tired? If so, TAKE THAT NAP!!
