hard few years, but getting back up and moving!!

Monday, April 08, 2013

Dad died in 2011 at 56 yrs old of liver disease. mom died in 2012 of Cancer. at age 54. they went much too soon and are missed terribly. Been a rough road to travel, but baby #7 was born 2 months after mom died, and has been a joy, that has gotten me through the most difficult days. (that, and my friend, and my family.) My pregnancy was frought with exaustion, nausea, and fatigue so needless to say I didn't do a whole lot in the way of excercise, except a walk here and there but now dd is 5 months old, I am up and moving and gotten lots of walking in last 2 weeks. it's felt great~
Here's to many many good days of excercise. I met my water goal yesterday and continue to push along, and keep working at improving my diet. that is my weakness. i love food too much. please encourage me when you get the chance. need all the encouragement I can get. thanks!

Great work! I'm sure as a mom to a newborn you are extremely exhausted! Enjoy your time to yourself and keep pushing towards your goals!
